Founding Stage

Zhejiang E-cozy Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. was established in July 2015, formerly known as Ruian Kangrui Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., and was located in Ruian, Wenzhou, Zhejiang.

At its inception, the company had only 15 employees and focused on the research and production of massage equipment. Despite its small scale, the company remained committed to product quality as its core competitive advantage. Due to its superior product quality, the company quickly built a strong industry reputation and gained a stable customer base.

Rapid Growth & Innovation Breakthroughs

After years of steady development, the company entered a period of rapid growth. Building on its reputation for high-quality products, the company intensified its focus on differentiated product development, enhancing product design and functionality to improve user experience.

That year, the company developed a low-frequency pulse neck massager, which stood out in the competitive neck massager market. Thanks to its unique features, the product successfully secured a partnership with Xiaomi Youpin and achieved over 1.2 million units in total sales, earning widespread consumer acclaim.

Expansion & Production Upgrade

In April 2020, the company officially changed its name to Zhejiang E-cozy Electronic Technology Co., Ltd.. In July of the same year, the company relocated to Longwan District, Wenzhou, expanding its workforce to over 100 employees and establishing a 14,000-square-meter modern production facility.

The product range expanded to include massage cushions, massage pillows, hand massagers, foot massagers, eye massagers, neck massagers, and sports recovery products such as massage belts and massage guns, totaling over 80 products.

The company also obtained independent import and export rights, with 95% of its products exported globally. That year, the company's annual output value exceeded 60 million RMB.

Global Expansion & Brand Collaborations

The company obtained certifications including ISO9001, ISO13485, ISO14001, and BSCI, further strengthening its quality management. With excellent product quality and user experience, the company established partnerships with several internationally renowned brands,

including:Amway、OGAWA、Costco Canada、Medisana Germany、DoctorAir Japan、ALDI GermanyBy the end of the year, the company's annual revenue exceeded 100 million RMB, further solidifying its global market presence.

Diversification & Brand Development

The company expanded its product portfolio into three core categories:Sports Recovery Equipment Massage、Wellness Devices Beauty、Personal Care Products

With over 100 products, the company’s reach extended to more than 50 countries and regions, including Europe, North America, Southeast Asia, South America, and the Middle East. At the same time, the company launched its domestic brand, "Emicool", entering the Chinese market and selling on platforms such as Tmall and Douyin (TikTok China). By the end of 2023, the company's annual revenue had reached 120million RMB, marking a significant step toward brand globalization.
